If the model errors out, the video is credited straight back to you. If a finished clip comes out plainly wrong (the roles swapped, nobody looks turned, a frozen frame), email us and we render it again once. A pack you haven't touched can be refunded for 14 days. Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card number never reaches us.

Zombie AI trend pricing questions
How long do my videos last?
Twelve months from the purchase date. When you use the last one, nothing renews and you are not charged again.
Can I get my money back?
An untouched pack is refundable in full for 14 days; email support@zombieaitrend.net. Once a video has been rendered it cannot be refunded, but renders that error out are credited back to you on their own.
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Stripe: the usual credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Is there a free trial?
No. Each render runs on a paid video model, so we do not offer free credits. The cheapest way in is a single video for $3.99.
Which pack should I pick?
One video if you just want to try the trend. 2 videos if you want it both ways round, with each of you turning once. 5 videos if you plan versions with a partner, a friend and a parent.
